Who these terms are with

These terms are between you and Villa Darya, Village Shishkat, Gojal, Upper Hunza, Gilgit-Baltistan, Pakistan. "We" and "us" mean the hotel; "you" means the person making the booking and everyone staying under it.

Making a booking on this website means you accept these terms and the house policies.

Making a booking

A booking is confirmed when we send you a confirmation with a reference number, and not before. If a room becomes unavailable between your request and our confirmation, we will tell you and charge you nothing.

The person who books is responsible for everyone in the party, and must be 18 or over.

Prices

Prices are in Pakistani rupees and shown per room for the whole stay. The price you are shown at the moment you book is the price you pay, including taxes, provided the guest details you gave us were accurate.

Prices change with the season and with availability. A rate quoted for one set of dates says nothing about another.

Occupancy

A room may not be occupied by more people than it is confirmed for. Children aged 13 and over count as adults for this purpose. We may refuse a room, or charge for an additional one, where a party arrives larger than it booked.

Changes and cancellation

Cancellation is covered by the house policies. To change dates, write to us — we will move a booking where we can, at the rate applying to the new dates.

We will only cancel your booking if we cannot honour it. If that happens we will refund everything you have paid and help you find somewhere else in the valley.

Things outside anyone's control

Road closures, landslides, weather, power and network outages are ordinary here. We are not liable for a stay affected by events we do not control, but we will not profit from one either: see the cancellation section of our policies.

Your belongings

Please look after your own property. We are not liable for valuables left unattended in rooms or public areas, except where loss is caused by our own negligence.

Behaviour

We may ask a guest to leave, without refund, for behaviour that endangers or seriously disturbs other guests or our staff. This is rare and we do not use it lightly.

This website

We keep the descriptions, photographs and prices on this site as accurate as we can. Photographs show real rooms but not necessarily the room you will be given. Where an obvious error appears in a price, we will tell you before confirming rather than hold you to it.

Your information

We collect only what a booking needs — a name, contact details, the dates and who is staying — and use it to run your stay. We do not sell it. Where a booking is handled by the hotel's reservation system, your details are shared with that system for that purpose only.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of Pakistan, and the courts of Gilgit-Baltistan have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
